Main junction near to Bus stand, Shivaji Chowk, Pancharatna Circle and important nallahs in Panvel remains unready for monsoon.

Opposite to Bus standThough Panvel municipal council has announced to clean and repair the city before monsoon, many parts in the city is not ready for monsoon. PMC has already cleaned the drainage canals near to Municipal council and escalated roads between Uran naka and Pancharatna hotel, repaired important link roads. but important junctions and drainage systems in populated areas and slums still remains filthy and unready to welcome monsoon.

Monsoon can cause severe damages to the city if PMC remains ignored about these facts of filthiness and unhygienic conditions in the city. Residents need a strong action from PMC to clean and repair city roads and nullahs before monsoon. 

the junction that come just opposite to Bus stand and Rikshaw stand is one of the most important and populated area of Panvel. it is very important as this place allows people to move to different places. But connecting roads and drainage system in the area still remains filthy and not repaired that can cause severe problems for people. 

Shivaji Chowk, an important junction between the link roads of Panvel was witnessing many developmental works during the monsoon. But PMC has stopped all its developmental works due to expecting monsoon. but the developmental woks has made many damages for roads and drainage system which are not repaired. 

Residents concerns that unclean drainage system could generate health problems and spread several diseases during monsoon. potholes that appeared in roads and created during construction works could become dangerous in monsoon season. 

Pancharatna circle, an important circle that connects the city with important commercial areas of Panvel. many nullahs and drainage canals of the region is damaged or uncleaned, as PMC never took efforts to clean the area. A circle near to wholesale vegetable market and other commercial markets, things could change dangerously in monsoon due to the population that it handles.
