SUBJECT : STATE OF CHICKHALE VILLAGE IN PANVEL AT THE ONST OF GRAMPANCHAYAT ELECTIONS 2013.
    Respected Sir,
We have just neared the onset of the Grampanchayat Elections 2013 on the 23rd June 2013, and the final out of the village development is at hand. One look all around this Chickhale Village in Panvel is enough to give one the bottom line conclusion about development and how exactly the Grampanchayat funds are used and what is the current status. All this needs to be compared and weighed with all the developments taken place or are on the anvil or are never materialized.
Today we stand at the onset of this Grampanchayat Elections 2013, and are astonished to know that all are only focused on the final outcome of this election. What about weighing and comparing all those candidates with their track record or the new ones with what is their pre-plan of development and administration. We sometimes forget to figure out all this which is prior importance and get right bottom at the looks, financial position, and status of standing in society etc. What happens with all those candidates who do not figure out in this list of the schemes of things to come? Why do we all forget about all those corrupt candidates and all their bad track records till date to speak for them? Just one glance all around this Chickhale Village in Panvel tells us all the requisite story of how this Chickhale Village has survived till date on the villagers in vested interest coordination with the village Sarpanch.

    Thanking you
